This custom made citrine and diamond pendant with 14 karat gold yellow chain features a 3.84 carat oval shaped citrine with six round brilliant cut diamonds (.49 carats total weight) in a pyramid on top. The diamonds are set in platinum and the citrine in yellow gold. This popular pendant style could also be made with amethyst or topaz.
